FORMS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY SAVED

Please note when filling out editable PDF’s and emailing them, you must “save” them as a new PDF file; otherwise, the form will be blank for the receiving party. It is strongly recommended that you use the Google Chrome browser as it has the ability built into it to save as a PDF.

1. After filling out the PDF form, press the “Ctrl + P” key combination

2. Under the “Destination” option, click on “Change”

3. Under “Local Destinations” choose “Save as PDF”

4. Click on the blue “Save” button; be mindful of the location you are saving it to.

5. Give it a new file name, then click on Save.

6. When compiling an email, please attach the newly saved form with your data on it.
