Ringwood's STaRT Committees will meet on Monday to discuss surveys for faculty, parents, and students on their preferences among the possibilities for the rest of this academic year's hybrid schedule.

Due to the current weather, Ringwood PM bus routes will use emergency bus stops. These stops are listed in the Realtime Parent Portal. Please use caution this afternoon.

Due to the predicted arrival time, duration, and intensity of the inbound snow storm, Ringwood Schools will shift to Virtual Days on both Thursday, Feb 18th, and Friday, Feb 19th.

Correction: On Tuesday, February 9th, due to the forecast for more snow, all Ringwood Schools will run on virtual schedules and all offices will operate remotely. Additionally, all campuses will be closed to facilitate snow removal.

Monday, 08Feb, will be a regularly scheduled school day. Special thanks to the Ringwood DPW, and Ringwood Schools' Maintenance, Custodial, and Transportation Departments. It will be very, very cold in the morning. Please dress for cold weather and watch for dangerous ice.

Due to the uncertainty in the weather forecast for early next week, all Ringwood Schools will be fully virtual on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - February 1 - 3. All schools will return to Hybrid B, as scheduled, on Thursday, February 4.

Wednesday, 27Jan, all schools will follow a Wednesday Virtual Day schedule.

Due to the weather forecast, all Ringwood Schools will be closed on Tuesday, 26Jan. This is a traditional snow day closure, no classes will be held.

This week we are expecting a major snowstorm. This has caused us to consider a change for the schedule the end of this week.

Earlier today, we received notification of a positive COVID case at the Cooper School. The contact tracing protocol was initiated and everyone who is recommended to quarantine has been notified. It has been established that exposure at Cooper was limited. All Ringwood Schools will be open for their regular hybrid schedule tomorrow, Thursday, November 19th.

Ryerson Middle School will shift to virtual learning on Friday, November 13th. This is due to a COVID positive case that we have just learned about and tomorrow is needed to complete contact tracing. All other schools will follow the regular in-person Hybrid-B schedule. Ryerson will follow the planned bell schedule for tomorrow only completely virtual. Further information will be communicated as it becomes available and individuals will be contacted as the situation is assessed.

Ringwood Schools Remote Learning Survey is ready in Realtime for parents of students in Cohort C. Please visit Realtime Parent Portal between now and Nov 4th to answer the two questions. To access the survey, select the last menu option on the left side menu of the Parent Portal, "SURVEYS." Once both questions are answered please save and submit the answers.
